This provides a more personal approach to yoga, practicing individually or in a small group of two students.
If you are a beginner, it is a first step toward learning basic postures and feeling comfortable within your body.
The practice includes sitting, breathing, vayus, resting poses and standing poses.
For advanced students, it offers the opportunity to do a more intense practice at a more advanced level than in regular classes.
